The law firm of Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Must, & Halm was started by Edward Rothstein in 1946 as a sole-attorney practice in Lakewood, New Jersey. Today the firm has grown to seven attorneys, including the son of the founder, who provide a full range of legal services to individual and business clients throughout New Jersey.
Over the years, our lawyers have helped to launch hundreds of new businesses and completed thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions. We have represented generations of clients in civil and criminal court cases, in hearings before state governmental agencies, and before zoning and township boards. Our lawyers have served both as effective negotiators and zealous advocates for our clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.

Our attorneys have risen to the top of their practice areas and have been recognized as board-certified specialists by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Charles Mandell is board-certified as a Workers' Compensation specialist, and Valter Must is a board-certified as a civil trial specialist.
